Jack Straw

Once under “Pop’s” charge at Huntington House as a troubled and mischievous boy, Jack grew up to be career petty-theft crook, but has a good heart (sometimes).  Like Diamond and Shane, he was chosen to be one of Pop’s pallbearers. Jack is cocky and a smart aleck, almost a criminal version of Shane.  In the search for Pop’s killer, Shane may have to trust the slippery Jack Straw, who just happens to be wanted for bank robbery by the FBI.  Shane ends up taking Jack into protective custody to help him solve “Pop’s” murder, but Jack slips away and infiltrates the bad guys, or, is he one of them?
