Seriana Cotton

Seriana is one of “Pop’s” orphans, who were chosen to be one of his pallbearers.  A no-nonsense, physically imposing figure, Corporal Cotton is enlisted in the U.S. military and is about to ship out for her second tour in Iraq.  Seriana is anxious to find Pop’s murderer before she goes back to the battlefield.  She is a somber, serious, straight shooter type who addresses Shane as “Sir.” Like Shane, she feels a great debt to “Pop” and has a hard time believing he would kill himself.
